Solved: Cannot send outgoing Gmail in Evolution
Tomcat6 error : jar not loaded. See Servlet Spec 2.3, section 9.7.2. Offending class: javax/servlet/Servlet.class
This is with reference to my previous post here where I had to use a workaround to deploy a .war file for our Hospital Management Software. However as our date to go live approached, I was forced to do additional reading and experiment on the same and here are my conclusions. For your information, we are using Ubuntu Server 9.1 (Selecting LAMP + Tomcat Java Server from tasksel after the base install). the problem is still not sorted out but hopefully will soon be. The war file was deployed in /var/lib/tomcat6/webapps/. The logs are found at /var/log/tomcat6/

Woke up today morning to find that my Wordpress blog was not working. I got the following as part of the error message when loading the site:

Googling the same, I found out that it was caused by either by a worm or virus which steals your Wordpress password and hacks all the index pages on your website.
Doing an NVRAM Init on the HP Laserjet P2014n
A user by the name Tom Hartsook had taken the time out to enlighten other users on how to reset the NV(Non-Volatile)RAM on the 8150 printer. Poor Tom himself was allowed to be enlightened only after paying $40 to HP. Thanks Tom for the solution. The same procedure worked for the HP P2014n too.
